Thank you so much for booking The Little House — we’re excited to host you! Here are a few important details to help your session go smoothly:

📍 Location
5315 Rocky River Road, Charlotte, NC 28215
We’re located on a private residential property. Please drive all the way to the end of the driveway past the main house to park.

⏰ Timing
Your reservation time includes setup, shooting, breakdown, and cleanup. Due to back-to-back bookings, early entry and late departures are not permitted.
If you arrive early, please wait off the property until your scheduled start time.

🔐 Access
You’ll receive the access code approximately 5 minutes prior to your start time.

🚫 Studio Guidelines
No smoking or vaping
No glitter, confetti, or messy materials
No open flames or candles
No pets (service animals permitted by law)
Maximum occupancy is 15 people unless approved
Quiet hours begin at 10pm
Limited alcohol may be permitted with prior approval and must be used responsibly

🌿 Garden Use
If you’d like to use the Secret Garden, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare the space.

🧹 Departure
Please allow enough time to follow this exit checklist:

*Reset furniture

*Straighten upstairs bed linens

*Pick up any trash and take it with you

*Turn OFF main light switches

*Leave the heaters ON 

***Ensure the studio is in excellent condition and prepared for the next guest

The door will automatically lock behind you when you leave.
