A refined, private photography studio in Charlotte designed for beautiful, intentional sessions.

The Little House is a boutique creative space located in Charlotte, NC — thoughtfully designed for photographers, content creators, and intimate gatherings. We host family sessions, branding shoots, boudoir, maternity, micro-events, and more in a curated, light-filled environment.

To ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, please review the details below before your session.

Rental Investment

Studio rental is $75 per hour with a 2 hour minimum
(Insert your current rate)

Your rental includes:

• Full access to all interior sets

• Access to our outdoor Secret Garden (with advance notice)

• Use of curated furniture and props

• Private access with a secure entry code

All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation.

Your Reserved Time

Your scheduled time includes setup, session time, breakdown, and reset.

Because we host multiple sessions throughout the day, early entry and late departures are not available. We ask that you plan accordingly to allow a seamless transition between bookings.

You will receive your access code approximately 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because we reserve your time exclusively and often host back-to-back bookings, all reservations are non-refundable.

We understand that plans occasionally change. Weekday bookings may be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Weekend bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable due to limited weekend availability and high demand.

We appreciate your understanding as we protect time reserved specifically for you.

Location & Arrival

The Little House is located at:

5315 Rocky River Road
Charlotte, NC 28215

We are situated on a private residential property. The main house is located to the right as you enter the driveway.

Upon arrival:

• Drive to the end of the driveway

• The Little House will be directly in front of you

• Park directly in front of The Little House.

If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait off the property until your booking begins.

Guest Capacity

Maximum occupancy is 15 guests, unless prior approval has been granted.

Renters are responsible for all guests, vendors, and clients present during the rental. Children must be supervised at all times.

Studio Etiquette

To preserve the beauty and integrity of the space, the following are not permitted:

• Smoking or vaping

• Open flames or candles

• Glitter, confetti, or messy materials

• Pets or animals

• Illegal activity

Furniture & Styling

Our studio furnishings are intentionally curated to create a cohesive and elevated aesthetic.

Furniture and props may be moved carefully unless otherwise indicated and must be returned to their original placement before departure.

Renters are responsible for any damage incurred during their session.

Reset & Departure

Before leaving, please allow time to:

• Return all items to their original placement

• Smooth and straighten linens

• Remove all trash and personal items

• Leave heaters ON

• Close the door firmly (it locks automatically)

We deeply appreciate your care of the space so it remains beautiful for every guest who enters after you.

Secret Garden

Our outdoor Secret Garden is included with your rental.

If you plan to use the garden during your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare the space.

Weather and seasonal conditions may affect availability.

Safety & Liability

The Little House is a shared creative environment. All renters are required to review and sign our Studio Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver prior to access.

By booking, renters agree to assume responsibility for their guests and conduct within the space.
