STUDIO RENTAL HOUSE RULES
Welcome to The Little House! We’re thrilled to host you. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review and follow these rules:
Rental Time:
Arrival: Please arrive only at your booked start time. Early arrivals are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made. The host will grant you access to the studio at the start of your rental.
Departure: At the end of your rental, please inform the host that you’ve completed your session. Additional hourly charges will apply for any time used beyond your rental agreement.
Use of Space:
No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the host.
Supervise Children: Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times.
Furniture/Props: Light furniture or props may be moved, but they must be returned to their original location before leaving. Large or heavy items should not be moved.
Clean Up: Clean any spills immediately to ensure safety and avoid damage. Cleaning supplies are available under the sink or in the kitchen closet if needed. Leave The Little House in the same condition as you found it.
Damages & Responsibility:
Report Issues: Notify the host immediately of any damages or broken items during your rental.
Payment for Damages: Renters are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement for any damaged or broken property. An invoice will be provided if necessary.
Trash: Remove all food and trash before leaving. Excessive cleaning or failure to dispose of trash may result in additional fees.
Prohibited Activities:
Activities involving glitter, spray tans, spraying liquids (e.g., champagne), or other potentially damaging substances are not permitted.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Additional Notes:
Respect the Neighborhood: Keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing the main house and neighbors.
