Overnight Stays
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If you need an early check-in or a late checkout, we will do our best to accommodate at an additional charge.
Use of Space:
No pets are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the host.
Children should be supervised at all times.
Please clean any spills immediately and report any damages for your safety and the safety of The Little House.
Cleaning supplies are under the sink and in the kitchen closet if needed. If excessive cleaning is needed or if the property is damaged, the renter will be responsible for any additional fees.
No smoking is allowed on the property.
Before leaving, please leave The Little House in the same condition as you found it, and don’t forget to let the host know when you leave.
