1. Acknowledgment of Risks: *

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that photography activities and studio rental involve inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to equipment misuse, slips, trips, falls, and other potential injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my rental and use of The Little House facilities.

2. Release of Liability: *

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Little House, its owners, officers, agents, or employees (hereafter referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.

3. Indemnification: *

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the photography activities or my presence in, on, or upon the studio premises.

4. Use of Facilities and Equipment: *

I agree to use all studio facilities and equipment responsibly and will adhere to all guidelines set forth by The Little House. I acknowledge that failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate termination of my rental agreement without refund.

5. Damage to Studio Property: *

I agree to be financially responsible for any damages caused by me or my clients to the studio equipment, facilities, or property during the rental.

6. Personal Property: *

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my equipment and personal property brought into the studio and that the Releasees are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of my personal property.

7. Understanding of Waiver: *

I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature for this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

8. Governing Law: *

This waiver of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
